You can enjoy new encounters and discover the charms of Niigata sake, which boasts the largest number of breweries in Japan.
Sake sommelier AI helps you choose your favorite sake
This is an AI that has learned the vast amount of linguistic expressions available on the Internet and how people sense scents.
By combining flavor and sensory data of over 10,000 sakes with the sensibilities of sake sommeliers, AI analyzes the degree of match with the sakes on display in the store, and recommends sake that suits the customer.
Try your favorite alcohol at the "Nomasse" tasting machine
You will receive a tasting QR code at the register. By holding the QR code up to your smartphone, the right amount of sake will be poured into your sake cup, allowing you to sample your favorite sake.
Process from ordering to tasting
First, pay the fee at the register and receive your QR code and sake cup.
Place a sake cup (choko) on the beverage dispenser of "Nomasse" and when the message LED on the top lights up, hold the QR code over the QR code reader.
The sake is poured into the sake cup. Please enjoy your sake.
